Great. I screwed up my P4 again! :(

I feel it's easy. And I think it's even easier than the last semester, BUT, the point is.. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO!

I really thought this would be my last round but..... Sigh..
Quite disappointed with myself! Maybe P4 is just not my cup of tea (I prefer coffee lol); I think I will just switch to P6, if, I fail. *touch-wood*

P4 - Advanced Financial Management
Question 1 :
Investment in foreign country and closing down local production facility
(NPV, APV & Political risks)
I was so blur and confused! Mess up my workings!
Perhaps even the professional marks of 4 also I won't be getting. I really wanna cry la!

Question 2 :
Interest rates hedging
(Futures, Options & Collars)
I am STUPID!
I should know how to do de! But I was scared by the "no basis risk" and the date makes me confused! Now is 1st of May 2012 or 4 months later huh?! WTH? Bully my English lousy izzit?! Haizz.. Whatever la..
Questions we did in class all have basis risk, so when SM came up with one question there's no basis risk for futures, I totally stuck at there and can't proceed with the options.
And also, what the hell is the collar!? I know it's to buy PUT and sell CALL options at the same time and same strike price but I dunno how to structure it. Damn to the max!

Question 3 :
Yield
It's from the articles issued by Mr. Shishir Malde, P4 examiner.
I have read through the articles for dunno how many times and found that they are actually quite simple to understand.
However, I dunno how to apply the concepts that I have learnt into the question. That kills me!

Question 4 :
Management buy-outs and debt-covenant
Confirmed that there will be no marks gaining in this question. 18 marks all gone. I don't even have the time to look at the scenario. Very poor time management skills I had.

So I hope I will pass the exam. *Pray hardly from now onwards*

Sigh.. I really dunno what to comment on the paper.

Better let the results tell me that whether I am going to fly up to the heaven there or down to the hell.

Really really hope that this will be my last paper and my last sitting!

I am so so so desperate to pass this P4 and graduate with my friends! I don’t wanna left behind alone! And the most important is… I don’t wanna repeat study it again and again for the second, or the third times and so on.

So please, even though I don’t think it’s possible, but still please, I am not greedy, please grant me with just 50 marks and let me graduate in this coming October 2011!! I really don’t wanna wait until next year April! So PLEASE!

F4 CORPORATE AND BUSINESS LAW
I'm not sure whether the answers I wrote are sufficient for me to get marks or not.
Hopefully they WERE because I'm not interested to repeat study those sections and cases law again next semester. It's really killing my brain cells!
Overall the paper was quite easy I think. I just left up one question which is about the audit/audit report one because I didn't really touch the topic.
Okay hopefully can pass but no need with flying colours la :)

F9 FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Ouch, I think I'll fail this paper this time. *CHOY!*
Maybe I spent too much time on my law paper already so I've put aside this paper & underestimated it.
I felt that the questions are easy but I still cannot think of the solutions to solve them.
Even the theories part I also dunno what am I writing about.
I did the questions until I wanna cry; my tears are almost dropped during the last one and a half hours.
Haiz.. Dunno what to say now but I know I'll disappointed my parents again this time. Haiz..
The only thing can do now is making a wish to hope that I'm able to pass this paper! Bless me PLZ!

F7 FINANCIAL REPORTING
The last paper which ended at 6.20pm yesterday indicating that I'm free from now on for about less than two weeks I think.
Time passes so fast and with the ending of the examinations, I'm released from the second year of college lives and can take a fresh breath before continue to suffer starting next year.
Erm, I was stucked at the Q3-Statement of Movement of the NCA; what the xxxx, I dunno how to present my answers lar, it's so weird!
And then the Q4-All theories and I have no much time left, so, simply wrote all the things that I know.
I think I can still pass gua but maybe not exceeding 60marks lo :(

**I think the best I did is paper F4.**


Lastly, good luck for all those who are still having their exams and good luck for myself wishing that I won't faint when I saw my results on Feb next year :p

ouch..
first day of holiday..
went taman desa to eat fish head mee hoon with mummy..
then went RT to buy some breads for yew and brotha..
because they are not following us and my brotha hate to eat the mee hoon..
RT was actually introduced by tian xin..
and my whole family love its cakes and breads since one year ago bah..
yew and i bought the cake for my mum on the last mother's day de..
after that, went home; took a bath; think to wake yew up..
but i fall asleep while i'm pulling her up.. -.-'

woke up at 6 something..
because i need to teman mummy and brotha go to the sunway medical centre..
they have booked for the medical check up..

almost two years le bah?!
sunway is all under renovation leh.. so rich~
after that, went ampang again to find the tabib to see my mum's report..
baba is coming back from china at night..
so, we went to fetch him after yew's tuition..
watched <A Great Way To Care>.. nice drama..
the doctors inside were pro man..

shopped one utama..
actually i wanna go klcc de..
but mummy said kl will be having traffic jam during 5~6pm wor..
so we went to one u lor..
for me, one u is just for watching movies or singing k only..
because its shops have nothing new + sienz..
we walked the whole day and i just bought a bag..
mummy shopped with her friends and left me and yew walked ourself..
initially two of us wanna eat mc. donald de..
because it has the lunch time offers mah..
but too many ppl edy; we lazy to wait for a long queue..
so, changed our mind to eat delifrance..
wow~ we ordered the deli meal for two persons de..
then we ate until wanna vomit orh; so full..
but i really love its pasta forestiere and mushroom soup.. yummy!~

before we get to one u there,
we saw two guys robbing others' laptop or something else in front of the university of malaya..
one of the guys fall out from their motor and hampir langgar by the other car..
but the other guy ignored his friend; drove his motor and ran away..

saturday..
mummy was not feeling well..
so yew, granmma and i accompany her to ampang feel like seeing a tabib there..
we went there from sri petaling..
stuck in the traffic jam and passed by all kampung roads..
we mí lù le because no one of us know the direction..
and used up almost 1+hrs to reach there..
suay man..
the tabib didn't open/work today..
he/she was taking a rest on saturday night now..
stupid de.. waste my time~~3hrs leh..
time gone like nth at all..

woke up in the early morning..
after dím sùm, i fetched mummy to ampang again..
but this time we used the highway from kl de..
just paid rm1.50 for toll and we reached in 15+mins..
and the important thing is i can recognize the road ma..
what is the point of wasting time by using the way that we didn't knew abt it leh??!
15mins compared to 1hr; which is more worth it??
night; fetched whole family with mum's car to pavilion to collect her trousers..

i hampir langar other ppl because of those brainless ppl..

dec's results r coming out today..
i'm very nervous before 1pm..
have actually no mood to attend classes..
it's not easy to 捱到 pushpa's lesson..
my head started to pain..
when the time is almost around 1pm..
pushpa gave us a half an hr break..
to settle with our results..
so v went to library and tried to login the comp..
but dunno why.. LiSan and YingHui's 1 can't login to the comp..
i have become more and more nervous because of this..
should b the air-cond is too cold..
and i actually started to shiver..
finally, v logged into CLC comp by using SiewFai's ID..
and v take turns to check our own results..
i'm very very scared when i logged into MyACCA..
but my feelings undergoes a 360° change when i saw my results..
hooray~~~ yes! yes! yes!
i passed!! i really passed all of the papers!!
i'm a CAT graduates now..
no longer just CAT student only liao..
hahahaha~ i'm the butterfly now..
my status has changed from CAT student to ACCA student..
